The housekeeping staff, particularly Shenee and Maryanne, were great, making our stay feel personal and comfortable.
The WiFi setup was frustrating. I struggled to connect throughout my stay, which impacted my plans.

Great stay for families
The hotel vibes were kinda quirky and family-friendly, which I really enjoyed. Our unit reminded me of a little home with a kitchen and two TVs, even if the couch was a bit of a flop.
It wasn't exactly cheap , but I didn't mind too much.

It was a short walk to the city, there was a pool ad spa
The spa was set very hot and on hot days way to hot to sit in without getting burnt, but it was lovely on cooler days. The staff don't come across as very friendly, but they get the job done.

Great location just a short walk to the city center.
The amenities were disappointing as the kitchenette had minimal appliances. The parking situation was a real hassle, as the spaces were cramped and poorly organized. The room interior felt dated, surprising given the hotel's reputation.

Very easy to get to / from airport. The bus stops just outside the motel.
Sorry to say, but your e-mail address you give at the reservation on " Booked.net " are used by the motel to send a lot of advertisement. We had a discussion about a higher price due to our reservation. The wat has gone up since our reservation was made. There was no information about that in the e-mails that was sent to us before our stay. It ended with that I payed the price that was on my reservation from Booking com. After our stay has I already got another mail from the motel. Just thinking of if it´s possible to stop this.

What shines and what doesn't
Friendly staff. Location is perfect being a short walk to the city center, with a good restaurant and bar on-site.
Some aspects felt dated, like the bathroom needing updates and the parking situation was a bit overwhelming.

This hotel was set in a very central area next to the fantastic Botanical Gardens and Hagley Park. The rooms were absolutely perfect, bright with kitchenette, ideal for us.
A few guests had the same problem with drain.

missingWrote a review on 21 Octsagging mattress
The mattress on the king-size bed sagged, forcing my partner to the single bed. The en-suite's vertically mounted fan-heater was disconnected due to safety concerns. Small bath towels and flimsy toilet paper felt inadequate, and the room lacked adequate light for reading. Waking up to noisy street traffic until the early hours didn't help either.
